(EN)The present invention relates to a wireless communication terminal and a wireless communication method for clear channel allocation and, more particularly, to a wireless communication terminal and a wireless communication method for performing an efficient clear channel allocation for spatial reuse of a communication system. To this end, the present invention provides a wireless communication terminal and a wireless communication method using the same, the wireless communication terminal comprising: a transmission and reception unit for transmitting and receiving a wireless signal; and a processor for controlling operation of the terminal, wherein the processor performs a back-off procedure of a channel for data transmission, stops the back-off procedure if a wireless signal having a higher signal strength than a predetermined first clear channel assessment (CCA) threshold value is received on the channel, assesses whether the received wireless signal is a wireless signal of the same basic service set (BSS) as the terminal, and determines whether to resume the back-off procedure on the basis of a determined CCA threshold value, depending on the result of the determination.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un terminal de communication sans fil et un procédé de communication sans fil pour l'attribution de canal libre et, plus particulièrement, un terminal de communication sans fil et un procédé de communication sans fil pour la réalisation d'une attribution de canal libre efficace pour la réutilisation spatiale d'un système de communication. À cet effet, la présente invention concerne un terminal de communication sans fil et un procédé de communication sans fil l'utilisant, le terminal de communication sans fil comprenant : une unité d'émission et de réception pour émettre et recevoir un signal sans fil ; et un processeur pour commander le fonctionnement du terminal, le processeur effectuant une procédure de réduction de puissance d'un canal pour une émission de données, arrêtant la procédure de réduction de puissance si un signal sans fil ayant une intensité de signal supérieure à une première valeur seuil d'évaluation de canal libre (CCA) prédéfinie est reçu sur le canal, évaluant si le signal sans fil reçu est un signal sans fil du même ensemble de services de base (BSS) que le terminal et déterminant s'il faut reprendre la procédure de réduction de puissance sur la base d'une valeur seuil CCA déterminée, en fonction du résultat de la détermination.
(KO)본 발명은 클리어 채널 할당을 위한 무선 통신 단말 및 무선 통신 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 통신 시스템의 공간적 재사용을 위해 효율적인 클리어 채널 할당을 수행하기 위한 무선 통신 단말 및 무선 통신 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 무선 통신 단말로서, 무선 신호를 송수신하는 송수신부; 및 상기 단말의 동작을 제어하는 프로세서를 포함하되, 상기 프로세서는, 데이터 전송을 위한 채널의 백오프 절차를 수행하고, 기 설정된 제1 CCA(Clear Channel Assessment) 임계값보다 높은 신호 세기를 갖는 무선 신호가 상기 채널에서 수신된 경우, 상기 백오프 절차를 중단하고, 상기 수신된 무선 신호가 상기 단말과 동일한 BSS(Basic Service Set)의 무선 신호인지 여부를 판별하고, 상기 판별 결과에 따라 결정된 CCA 임계값에 기초하여 상기 백오프 절차의 재개 여부를 결정하는 무선 통신 단말 및 이를 이용한 무선 통신 방법을 제공한다.
