(EN)The present invention relates to a culture medium composition, for induced pluripotent stem cell dedifferentiation, comprising an Ecklonia cava extract. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for differentiating induced pluripotent stem cells, which are prepared by means of the culture medium composition, into hepatocytes. By means of the culture medium composition, according to the present invention, induced pluripotent stems cell can be efficiently prepared by using mesenchymal stem cells, and the prepared pluripotent stem cells can be differentiated into hepatocytes. Therefore, the present invention can be utilized for a patient-specific cell therapy product.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une composition de milieu de culture destinée à la dédifférenciation de cellules souches pluripotentes induites, comprenant un extrait d'Ecklonia cava. En outre, la présente invention concerne un procédé de différenciation de cellules souches pluripotentes induites, qui sont préparées au moyen de la composition de milieu de culture, en hépatocytes. Grâce à la composition de milieu de culture selon la présente invention, des cellules souches pluripotentes induites peuvent être préparées efficacement à l'aide de cellules souches mésenchymateuses et les cellules souches pluripotentes préparées peuvent être différenciées en hépatocytes. (KO)본 발명은 감태 추출물(Ecklonia cava)을 포함하는 유도만능 줄기세포(induced pluripotency stem cell) 역분화용 배지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 배지 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 유도만능 줄기세포로부터 간세포로 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 배지 조성물을 이용하면 중간엽 줄기세포를 이용하여 유도만능 줄기세포를 효율적으로 제조할 수 있으며, 제조된 만능 줄기세포는 간세포로의 분화가 가능하므로 환자 맞춤형 세포 치료제로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
