Disclosed are a management node and the like for enabling packets to be efficiently sent to a plurality of destination terminals, while preventing the increase of implementation scale of network interface cards (NIC). The management node comprises: a rule determination means for determining a prescribed rule for distributing packets to a plurality of rate control means included in the network interface cards (NIC) provided to the terminals; and a rule sending means for sending the determined prescribed rule to the terminals.

L'invention concerne un nœud de gestion et similaire permettant à des paquets d’être transmis efficacement à une pluralité de terminaux de destination tout en empêchant une augmentation d'échelle de l’implémentation de cartes d'interface réseau (NIC). Le nœud de gestion comprend : des moyens de détermination de règle pour déterminer une règle prescrite concernant la distribution de paquets à une pluralité de moyens de régulation de débit inclus dans les cartes d'interface réseau (NIC) prévues sur les terminaux ; et des moyens d'envoi de règle pour envoyer la règle prescrite déterminée aux terminaux.

 ネットワークインターフェースカード(NIC)の実装規模の増大を防ぎつつ、複数の宛先端末に効率良くパケットを送出できるようにする管理ノード等が開示される。係る管理ノードは、端末に設けられたネットワークインターフェースカード(NIC)に含まれる複数のレート制御手段にパケットを振り分けるための所定のルールを決定するルール決定手段と、決定した所定のルールを端末に送出するルール送出手段と、を備えている。
