The present disclosure relates to a method to enhance the efficiency and reduce interfacial charge transfer resistance in dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) and a perovskite solar cell (PSC) by fabricating with Mg and La doped photoanodes. Mg and La co-doped into TiO2 has shown more than 20% efficiency than pristine TiO2 and more than 5% higher efficiency than the single doping of 1% La and Mg in TiO2 cells. Thus, the present disclosure relates to an improved photoanode material to be used in solar cells.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour améliorer l'efficacité et réduire la résistance de transfert de charge interfaciale dans une cellule solaire sensibilisée par colorant (DSSC) et une cellule solaire en pérovskite (PSC) grâce à une fabrication avec des photo-anodes dopées au Mg et La. Le TiO2 co-dopé avec du Mg et du La a présenté une efficacité de plus de 20 % par rapport au TiO2 vierge et de plus de 5 % par rapport au dopage simple de 1% de La et Mg dans les cellules de TiO2. Ainsi, la présente invention concerne un matériau de photoanode amélioré à utiliser dans les cellules solaires.
