Provided are a liquid crystal panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The liquid crystal panel comprises a first substrate (1), a TFT layer (2) provided on the first substrate (1), a colour resist layer (3) provided on the TFT layer (2), a photoresist spacer layer (4) provided on the colour resist layer (3), a protective layer (5) provided on the colour resist layer (3) and the photoresist spacer layer (4), a via hole (6) running through the colour resist layer (3) and the protective layer (5), a pixel electrode layer (7) formed on the protective layer (5) and electrically connected to the TFT layer (2) through the via hole (6), and a second substrate (8) provided opposite to the first substrate (1). The material of the photoresist spacer layer (4) is the same as one or several colour resist materials in the colour resist layer (3), and the photoresist spacer layer (4) is formed simultaneously with the colour resist layer (3) in the manufacturing process.

L'invention concerne un panneau à cristaux liquides et son procédé de fabrication. Le panneau à cristaux liquides comprend un premier substrat (1), une couche de TFT (2) disposée sur le premier substrat (1), une couche de réserve de couleur (3) disposée sur la couche TFT (2), une couche d'espacement de résine photosensible(4) disposée sur la couche de réserve de couleur (3), une couche de protection (5) disposée sur la couche de réserve de couleur (3) et la couche d'espacement de résine photosensible (4), un trou d'interconnexion (6) s'étendant à travers la couche de réserve de couleur (3) et la couche de protection (5), une couche d'électrode de pixel (7) formée sur la couche de protection (5) et connecté électriquement à la couche TFT (2) à travers le trou d'interconnexion (6), et un second substrat (8) disposé à l'opposé du premier substrat (1).
