(EN)The present invention relates to the technical field of display. Disclosed is a display device. The present invention addresses the technical problem of a short circuit easily occurring between a source electrode and a drain electrode of a thin film transistor (TFT) in a vertical alignment (VA) liquid crystal display. The array substrate comprises several subpixel units (1) disposed in an array, each subpixel unit (1) comprising a master region (11) and a slave region (12); a TFT is disposed in each of the master regions (11) and the slave regions (12), the source electrodes (21) of the two TFTs being connected to each other and the connected source electrodes (21) being disposed in a line; the drain electrodes are separated from and insulated from each other.
