(EN)The present invention relates to an intermediate junction box for an ultra-high-voltage direct current power cable. According to the present invention, the intermediate junction box for an ultra-high-voltage direct current power cable connects, to each other, one pair of ultra-high-voltage direct current cables, which respectively comprise, in order from the center thereof to the outside thereof, a conductor, an inner semi-conductive layer, an insulating layer and an outer semi-conductive layer, and the intermediate junction box comprises: a connection sleeve encompassing end portions of the conductors of the one pair of cables and electrically connected to the conductors; a first electrode electrically connected to the conductors of the one pair of cables; one pair of second electrodes spaced apart from each other at a predetermined distance so as to be provided to face each other, and connected to the outer semi-conductive layers of the one pair of cables; a junction box insulating layer provided to encompass the first electrode and the second electrodes; and a joint sleeve comprising a junction box shielding layer provided on the outer side of the junction box insulating layer, wherein the junction box insulating layer comprises liquid silicon rubber provided with a glycol-based additive, which includes ethylene glycol and/or propylene glycol, and provided with at least one of nano-sized organic particles including at least one of silica, silicon carbide, aluminum silicate, calcium silicate, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate and carbon black, and a volume resistivity of the junction box insulating layer has a range of 1012 Ω·cm to 1018 Ω·cm between the normal temperature and an operating temperature of the intermediate junction box.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une boîte de jonction intermédiaire pour câble d'alimentation en courant continu ultra-haute tension. (KO)본 발명은 초고압 직류 전력케이블용 중간접속함에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 중간접속함은 중심에서 외측으로 도체, 내부반도전층, 절연층 및 외부반도전층을 순차적으로 구비하는 한 쌍의 초고압 직류 케이블을 서로 연결하는 초고압 직류 전력케이블용 중간접속함에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 케이블의 도체의 단부를 둘러싸며 상기 도체와 전기적으로 연결되는 접속 슬리브, 상기 한 쌍의 케이블의 도체와 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 전극과, 서로 소정거리 이격되어 서로 대향하도록 구비되며 상기 한 쌍의 케이블의 외부반도전층과 연결되는 한 쌍의 제2 전극과, 상기 제1 전극 및 제2 전극을 감싸도록 구비되 접속함 절연층과, 상기 접속함 절연층의 외측에 구비되는 접속함 차폐층을 포함하는 조인트 슬리브를 구비하고, 상기 접속함 절연층은 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜 중에 적어도 하나를 포함하는 글리콜 계열의 첨가물 및 나노 크기의 실리카, 실리콘카바이드, 규산알루미늄, 규산칼슘, 산화마그네슘, 산화아연, 탄산칼슘, 카본블랙 중에 적어도 하나를 포함하는 무기 입자 중에 적어도 하나가 처방된 액상 실리콘 고무로 형성되고, 상온에서 상기 중간접속함의 작동 온도 사이에서 상기 접속함 절연층의 체적고유저항값의 범위는 1012 Ω·㎝ 내지 1018 Ω·㎝의 범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
