(EN)The present invention relates to an optical semiconductor lighting apparatus comprising: a heat sink; a light-emitting module which comes in contact with the heat sink and has a substrate having one or more optical semiconductor devices formed thereon; and an optical member which is coupled to the heat sink and covers the light-emitting module, wherein the optical member comprises a substrate mounting groove, of which the shape corresponds to the edge of the substrate, and a protrusion of which the shape corresponds to an incision groove on the edge of the substrate, thereby enabling protection of the optical semiconductor devices and circuit components from a withstand voltage, efficient and convenient assembly and connection, and free light distribution.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un appareil d'éclairage optique à semi-conducteurs comprenant : un dissipateur thermique ; un module électroluminescent qui vient en contact avec le dissipateur thermique et comprend un substrat sur lequel sont formés un ou plusieurs dispositifs optiques à semi-conducteurs ; et un élément optique qui est couplé au dissipateur thermique et couvre le module émetteur de lumière, l'élément optique comprenant une rainure de montage de substrat, dont la forme correspond au bord du substrat, et une saillie dont la forme correspond à une rainure d'incision sur le bord du substrat, ce qui permet d'assurer une protection des dispositifs optiques à semi-conducteurs et de composants de circuit contre une tension de tenue, un assemblage et une connexion efficaces et commodes, et une distribution de lumière libre.
