Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a position monitoring system using technology for wireless communication between an electronic anklet device and a home care device, the position monitoring system comprising: an electronic anklet device to be worn on the ankle of the body of a specific person; and a home care device for checking IN/OUT information (information on whether the specific person is at home or outside of the home) for the home of the specific person, wherein the electronic anklet device comprises: an information formation unit for the specific person, who is the wearer; a device control unit for allowing information, of the information formation unit for the wearer's device for position monitoring and allowing information of the home care device performing wireless communication of active RFID, to be provided to a position monitoring server; and a wireless communication information transmission unit for transmitting, to the position monitoring server, each piece of the information under control of the device control unit. According to the present invention, current positioning, movement states, and pieces of IN/OUT information for home management are accurately managed through the position monitoring system with respect to the personal activities of a person wearing the electronic anklet, thereby increasing the productivity of position management and monitoring. In addition, since all of the information on the movement states is managed for the specific person, a quick response can be made when problems and dangerous situations for the specific person occur, such that prompt management, accident prevention, and the improvement of safety management for the specific person are enabled.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de surveillance de position utilisant une technologie de communication sans fil entre un dispositif de bracelet de cheville électronique et un dispositif de soins à domicile, le système de surveillance de position comprenant : un dispositif de bracelet de cheville électronique pouvant être porté sur la cheville du corps d'une personne spécifique ; et un dispositif de soins à domicile pour vérifier des informations d’ENTRÉE/SORTIE (des informations pour savoir si la personne spécifique est à son domicile ou à l'extérieur de son domicile) pour le domicile de la personne spécifique, le dispositif de cheville électronique comprenant : une unité de formation d'informations pour la personne spécifique, qui est le porteur ; une unité de commande de dispositif pour permettre à des informations, de l'unité de formation d'informations pour le dispositif du porteur de surveiller sa position et de permettre aux informations du dispositif de soins à domicile d'effectuer une communication sans fil de RFID active, à être fournies à un serveur de surveillance de position ; et une unité de transmission d'informations de communication sans fil pour transmettre, au serveur de surveillance de position, chaque élément d'information sous la commande de l'unité de commande de dispositif. Selon la présente invention, un positionnement actuel, des états de déplacement, et des éléments d'informations ENTRÉE/SORTIE destinés à la gestion domestique sont gérés de manière précise par l'intermédiaire du système de surveillance de position par rapport aux activités personnelles d'une personne portant le bracelet de cheville électronique, ce qui permet d'augmenter la productivité de surveillance et de gestion de position. En outre, étant donné que toutes les informations sur les états de mouvement sont gérées pour la personne spécifique, une réponse rapide peut être réalisée lorsque des problèmes et des situations dangereuses pour la personne spécifique se produisent, de telle sorte qu'une gestion rapide, une prévention d'accident, et l'amélioration de la gestion de la sécurité pour la personne spécifique sont activées.
(KO) 본 발명은 특정인의 신체 중 발목에 착용하게 되는 전자발찌 장치, 특정인이 집의 IN/OUT 정보를 확인하기 위한 재택관리장치를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 전자발찌 장치는 착용자인 특정인에 대한 정보 형성부, 위치모니터링을 위한 착용자의 장치에 대한 상기 정보 형성부의 정보와 액티브 RFID(Active RFID)의 무선통신을 하는 상기 재택관리장치의 정보를 위치모니터링 서버에 제공되도록 하는 장치 제어부 및, 상기 장치 제어부의 제어하에 상기 각 정보를 상기 위치모니터링 서버에 전송하는 무선통신정보 송신부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자발찌장치와 재택관리장치간의 무선통신기술을 이용한 위치모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 전자발찌를 착용한자가 개인적인 활동에 있어서 위치모니터링 시스템을 통하여 현재의 위치, 이동상황, 재택관리의 IN/OUT에 대한 정보들을 정확하게 관리함으로써 위치관리 및 모니터링의 생산성을 올릴 수가 있다. 또한 특정인에 대하여 이동상황에 대한 모든정보의 관리로 특정인의 문제발생 및 위험상황 발생시에는 신속하게 대응 할 수 있어서 특정인의 관리의 신속성과 사고방지, 안전관리 향상을 할 수가 있다.
