Abstract
(EN) A coating including polycarbonate-unit-containing polyurethane resin and 5 mass% or more of nonvolatile matter is applied to a traveling metal strip in a state in which the surface temperature of the metal strip is 60°C or lower. Next, the coating applied to the metal strip is baked at 80-250°C, and a coating film having a film thickness of 0.3 μm or greater is formed on the traveling metal strip. The proportion of polycarbonate units to the total mass of resin in the coating film is 10-80 mass%. The traveling metal strip is then wound after being cooling to a surface temperature of 80°C or lower.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un revêtement comprenant une résine de polyuréthane contenant des motifs polycarbonate et 5 % en masse ou plus de matière non volatile est appliqué sur une bande métallique mobile dans un état dans lequel la température de surface de la bande métallique est 60°C ou moins. Ensuite, le revêtement appliqué sur la bande métallique est cuit à 80-250°C et un film de revêtement présentant une épaisseur de film de 0,3 µm ou plus est formé sur la bande métallique mobile. La proportion de motifs polycarbonate par rapport à la masse totale de la résine dans le film de revêtement est de 10-80 % en masse. La bande métallique mobile est ensuite enroulée, après refroidissement à une température de surface de 80°C ou moins.
(JA)  金属帯の表面温度が60℃以下の状態で、走行する前記金属帯上にポリカーボネートユニット含有ポリウレタン樹脂を含み、かつ5質量%以上の不揮発性分を含む塗料を塗布する。次いで、前記金属帯に塗布された前記塗料を80~250℃で焼き付けて、走行する前記金属帯上に膜厚が0.3μm以上の塗膜を形成する。前記塗膜中の樹脂合計質量に対するポリカーボネートユニットの割合は、10~80質量%である。次いで、前記金属帯を表面温度が80℃以下になるまで冷却した後に、走行する前記金属帯を巻き取る。
