Abstract

An optimized nutrient fatty acid composition capable of using as food, skin care, hair care and media for delivery of drugs and nutrients through mucous membrane, skin and parenterally for humans, pets and farm animals, with a ratio of omega 6 fatty acid to omega 3 fatty acids ranging from 1:1 to 1:1.25 stabilized with vitamin E 0.8-4mg/ml. More specifically a stable fatty acid composition with 50-70% of the total fatty acids as essential and, or semi essential fatty acid of which 25-35% omega 3 fatty acids, 25-35% as omega 6 fatty acids and 20-30% as monounsaturated fatty acids is capable of optimization of bodily functions, maintenance of health, prevention of diseases, promotion of healing, delay aging, and treatment of diseases caused by imbalance in omega 3 and 6 fatty acid ratio in diet and nutritional support for pregnant and lactating women, growing children, senior citizens, sports persons, obese and over weight on calorie restricted diet.

L'invention concerne une composition d'acide gras nutritionnelle optimisée pouvant être utilisée en tant qu'aliment, pour des soins cutanés, pour des soins capillaires et comme support pour l'administration de médicaments et de nutriments à travers la membrane muqueuse, la peau et par voie parentérale pour les humains, les animaux de compagnie et les animaux d'élevage, avec un rapport des acides gras oméga 6 aux acides gras oméga 3 allant de 1/1 à 1/1,25, stabilisés avec de la vitamine E en quantité de 0,8 à 4 mg/ml. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne une composition d'acides gras stable contenant 50 à 70 % du total des acides gras constitués d'acides gras essentiels et/ou semi-essentiels, dont 25 à 35 % d'acides gras oméga 3, 25 à 35 % d'acides gras oméga 6 et 20 à 30 % d'acides gras mono-insaturés, qui est capable d'optimiser les fonctions corporelles, de préserver la santé, de prévenir les maladies, d'activer la guérison, de retarder le vieillissement et de traiter les maladies causées par un déséquilibre du rapport des acides gras oméga 3 aux acides gras oméga 6 dans le régime alimentaire et comme support nutritionnel pour les femmes enceintes et allaitantes, les enfants en développement, les personnes âgées, les personnes sportives, les obèses et les personnes en surpoids suivant un régime pauvre en calories.
