Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a device for the chromatic discrimination and counting of organisms in a liquid medium that can be used for organisms in the genera Daphnia, Ceriodaphnia, Artemia, as well as Collembola and similar organisms. The device can be used in the domain of ecotoxicology and involves technologies in the fields of analytical instrumentation, electronics, information technology and biology. The device for the chromatic discrimination and counting of organisms in a sample in a liquid medium comprises a channel for ducting the sample, in which the channel has an internal section that causes the organisms to be ducted sequentially one by one along the channel, a collector to bring the sample to said channel, a light emitter to omit a chromatic signal into said channel, a light receiver to capture the chromatic signal of the organism present in said channel, and an electronic data processor configured to distinguish between the organisms counted as a function of the color of the chromatic signal received.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour la discrimination chromatique et le comptage d'organismes dans un milieu liquide avec application à des organismes des genres Daphnia, Ceriodaphnia, Artemia, ainsi que Collembola; ou des organismes similaires. Le dispositif peut trouver une application dans le domaine de l'écotoxicologie et fait intervenir des technologies dans les domaines de l'instrumentation analytique, de l'électronique, de l'informatique et de la biologie. Ce dispositif pour la discrimination chromatique et le comptage d'organismes d'un échantillon dans un milieu liquide comprend : un canal pour conduire l'échantillon, ce canal présentant une section intérieure conçue de manière que les organismes soient conduits séquentiellement un à un à travers le canal ; un collecteur destiné à conduire l'échantillon vers ledit canal ; un émetteur de lumère pour émettre un signal chromatique vers ledit canal ; un récepteur de lumière pour capter le signal chromatique de l'organisme présent dans ledit canal ; un processeur électronique de données conçu pour différencier les organismes comptés selon la couleur du signal chromatique reçu.
(PT) A presente divulgagao diz respeito a um dispositivo para a discriminagao cromatica e contagem de organismos em meio liquido com aplicagao, a organismos dos generos Daphnia, Ceriodaphnia, Artemia, bem como a Collembola; ou organismos similares. O dispositivo pode ser aplicado no dominio da ecotoxicologia e envolve tecnologias nas areas da instrumentagao analitica, eletronica, informatica e biologia. O dispositivo para discriminagao cromatica e contagem de organismos de uma amostra em meio liquido compreende: um canal para conduzir a amostra, em que o canal tern uma secgao interna de tal forma que os organismos sao conduzidos sequencialmente um-a-um pelo canal; um coletor para conduzir a amostra para o referido canal; um emissor de luz para emitir um sinal cromatico para o referido canal; um recetor de luz para captar o sinal cromatico do organismo presente no referido canal; um processador eletronico de dados configurado para diferenciar os organismos contados consoante a cor do sinal cromatico recebido.
