Abstract:
(EN) Subject of the invention is a composition comprising at least one fragment of the peptide ESAT-6 and at least one fragment of the peptide CFP-10. Preferably, the fragments comprise at least two sets of peptides, a first set comprising at least one peptide of from about 7 to 14 amino acid residues in length and a second set comprising at least one peptide of from 16 amino acid residues or greater. The invention also relates to diagnostic methods using the composition.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet une composition comprenant au moins un fragment du peptide ESAT -6 et au moins un fragment du peptide CFP-10. De préférence, les fragments comprennent au moins deux ensembles de peptides, le premier ensemble comprenant au moins un peptide d'environ 7 à 14 résidus d'acides aminés de long et le second ensemble comprenant au moins un peptide de 16 résidus d'acides aminés ou plus. L’invention concerne en outre des méthodes de diagnostic au moyen de ladite composition.
