Abstract:
(EN) A method for rapid computation of three-dimensional displacement and Lagrange strain in a high resolution filed of phase data obtained with Displacement Encoding with Stimulated Echoes (DENSE) in magnetic resonance images of the myocardium. The method includes semi-automated segmentation of a region of a heart, phase unwrapping the images in three dimensions, and a custom radial point interpolation method (RPIM). The RPIM is a meshfree numerical analysis method that uses radial basis functions and polynomial functions to calculate the Lagrange strain of DENSE displacement data acquired from the myocardium.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour le calcul rapide d'un déplacement tridimensionnel et de la tension de Lagrange dans un champ à haute résolution de données de phase obtenues à l'aide d'un codage de déplacement à échos stimulés (DENSE) dans des images de résonance magnétique du myocarde. Le procédé comprend la segmentation semi-automatisée d'une région d'un cœur, le déroulement de phase des images en trois dimensions, et un procédé d'interpolation de point radial sur mesure (RPIM). Le RPIM est un procédé d'analyse numérique sans maille qui utilise des fonctions de base radiales et des fonctions polynomiales pour calculer la tension de Lagrange de données de déplacement DENSE acquises à partir du myocarde.
