Abstract:
(EN) Methods, systems, and apparatuses are disclosed for radiation treatment of tumors based at least in part on patient-specific imaging information. The methods, systems and apparatuses include computer programs encoded on computer-readable media. The method includes acquiring imaging information relating to a target to be treated. The imaging information is non-anatomic imaging information relating to the target acquired from at least one imaging marker that reflects at least one of the metabolic, physiological and histological features of the target. The method further includes computing a radiation dose based at least on the imaging information.
(FR) L'invention concerne des méthodes, des systèmes et des appareils pour le traitement par rayonnement de tumeurs fondés au moins en partie sur des informations d'imagerie spécifiques au patient. Les méthodes, systèmes et appareils comprennent des programmes informatiques codés sur des supports lisibles par ordinateur. La méthode consiste à acquérir des informations d'imagerie se rapportant à une cible destinée à être traitée. Les informations d'imagerie sont des informations d'imagerie non anatomiques se rapportant à la cible, acquises à partir d'au moins un marqueur d'imagerie qui reflète au moins l'une des caractéristiques métaboliques, physiologiques et histologiques de la cible. La méthode consiste en outre à calculer une dose de rayonnement fondée au moins sur les informations d'imagerie.
