Title (EN) METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLY OF ROTORS COMPRISING PERMANENT MAGNETS
(FR) PROCÉDÉ ET DISPOSITIF POUR L'ASSEMBLAGE DE ROTORS COMPORTANT DES AIMANTS PERMANENTS
Abstract: front page image
(EN) A method and device for the assembly of rotors (11) comprising permanent magnets (12i) at the rotors (11) periphery. The magnets are mounted and secured to the rotor (11) in non-magnetized state. Magnets and rotor are covered with a layer (13) of an electrically insulating, non-magnetisable and non-corrosive material, whereafter the magnets (12i) are magnetized in the assembled and covered condition, one at a time. During magnetization the rotor is successively locked in fixed positions for magnetization of one magnet at a time.
