Abstract:
The present invention relates to an earthquake resistant structure design method including earthquake resistance magnitude calculation, and system thereof. The method and system of the present invention comprise: an input unit, of an interface unit, for inputting data on the ground and building design; a calculation processing unit including a step of calculating earthquake resistance force of a structure to be designed from the inputted data, a step of calculating the required ground acceleration for making an external earthquake resistance force coinciding with the earthquake resistance force, and a step of calculating an earthquake magnitude at the predetermined distance at which the required ground acceleration is exhibited; an output unit, of the interface unit, for outputting the calculation processed result; and a storing unit for storing data on the ground and building design, and an earthquake resistance magnitude calculated as a result.
