(EN) The present invention relates to a deck plate connector and a method for constructing a deck plate using the same. The deck plate connector is for connecting an end of a deck plate to a flange of a composite beam, the deck plate comprising, at the upper side thereof, a truss girder which is formed by arranging a plurality of upper rebars weld-coupled to the upper side of a plurality of separately arranged lattice members, and a plurality of lower rebars weld-coupled to the lower side of the lattice members. The deck plate connector comprises: a first vertical member of which the upper end is weld-coupled to the upper rebars and the lower end is arranged on the flange of the composite beam; a horizontal support member of which one end horizontally extends from the lower end of the vertical support member and the lower side is weld-coupled to the upper portion of the flange of the composite beam; and a second vertical member of which the upper end is weld-coupled to the upper rebars and one side is coupled to the other end of the horizontal support member. According to the present invention, since the lower surface of the horizontal support member is welded when fixing the deck plate connector, it is possible to secure the amount of welding in compliance with regulations, and it is possible to secure a concrete covering amount greater than the concrete covering amount in the case of using a stud bolt. Furthermore, the first vertical member and the second vertical member form two vertical shapes, thereby facilitating maintenance of covering gaps with the arrangement of the upper rebars.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un raccord de pontet, et un procédé de construction de pontet au moyen dudit raccord. Le raccord de pontet sert à raccorder une extrémité d'un pontet à une bride d'une poutrelle composite. Le pontet comprend, sur son côté supérieur, une poutrelle triangulée formée par l'agencement d'une pluralité de barres d'armature supérieures couplées par soudage au côté supérieur d'une pluralité d'éléments de treillis placés séparément, et une pluralité de barres d'armature inférieures couplées par soudage au côté inférieur des éléments de treillis. Le raccord de pontet comprend : un premier élément vertical dont l'extrémité supérieure est couplée par soudage aux barres d'armature supérieures et l'extrémité inférieure repose sur la bride de la poutrelle composite; un élément support horizontal dont une extrémité s'étend horizontalement depuis l'extrémité inférieure de l'élément support vertical et le côté inférieur est couplé par soudage à la partie supérieure de la bride de la poutrelle composite; et un second élément vertical dont l'extrémité supérieure est couplée par soudage aux barres d'armature supérieures et un côté est couplé à l'autre extrémité de l'élément support horizontal. Selon la présente invention, comme la surface inférieure de l'élément support horizontal est soudée lors de la fixation du raccord de pontet, il est possible de fixer la quantité de soudage conformément aux réglementations, et il est possible de fixer une quantité supérieure de revêtement en béton à la quantité de revêtement en béton en cas d'utilisation d'un goujon. En outre, le premier élément vertical et le second élément vertical forment deux formes verticales ce qui permet de maintenir des écarts de revêtement par rapport à l'agencement des barres d'armature supérieures.
(KO) 본 발명은 복수로 이격 배치된 래티스 부재의 상측에 용접 결합하는 상부철근과, 상기 래티스 부재의 하측에 용접 결합하는 하부철근을 복수로 배치하여 형성된 트러스 거더를 상측에 구비하는 데크 플레이트(deck plate)의 단부와 합성보의 플랜지(flange)를 연결시키는 것으로서, 상단이 상기 상부철근에 용접 결합하고 하단이 상기 합성보의 플랜지에 배치되는 제1 수직부재; 일단이 상기 수직 지지부재의 하단에서 수평으로 연장되고 하측이 상기 합성보의 플랜지의 상부와 용접 결합하는 수평 지지부재; 및 상단이 상기 상부철근에 용접 결합하고 일측에 상기 수평 지지부재의 타단이 결합되는 제2 수직부재를 포함하는 데크 플레이트 연결구 및 이를 이용한 데크 플레이트 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 데크 플레이트 연결구를 고정할 때 수평 지지부재의 하면을 용접하기 때문에 규정에 부합하는 용접량을 확보할 수 있고, 스터드 볼트를 이용할 때보다 많은 콘크리트 피복량을 확보할 수 있으며, 제1 수직부재와 제2 수직부재가 2개의 수직을 이루어 상부철근의 배치와 피복간격을 유지하기가 쉬워진다.
