Abstract:
(EN) A holder is provided which is used in a tumor site identification device and which makes it possible to accurately identify tumor sites. This specimen holder is used in a tumor site identification device which identifies tumor sites and non-tumor sites by irradiating the specimen with excitation light emitted from a light source and spectrally detecting fluorescence emitted by porphyrins present in the tumor sites of the specimen. The specimen holder comprises a holding unit which holds the specimen, and a window for transmitting excitation light emitted from outside of the holder to allow said excitation light to irradiate the specimen held in the holding unit, wherein at least the window is configured from a low-autofluorescence material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un support qui est utilisé dans un dispositif d'identification de site tumoral, et qui permet d'identifier avec précision des sites tumoraux. Ce porte-échantillon est utilisé dans un dispositif d'identification de site tumoral qui identifie des sites tumoraux et des sites non-tumoraux en exposant l'échantillon à la lumière d'excitation émise par une source de lumière, et en détectant spectralement la fluorescence émise par des porphyrines présentes dans les sites tumoraux de l'échantillon. Le porte-échantillon comprend une unité de maintien qui maintient l'échantillon, et une fenêtre pour transmettre la lumière d'excitation émise depuis l'extérieur du support pour permettre à l'échantillon maintenu dans l'unité de maintien d'être exposé à ladite lumière d'excitation, au moins la fenêtre étant configurée à partir d'un matériau à faible auto-fluorescence.
(JA) 腫瘍部位識別装置に使用され、腫瘍部位の識別を精度よく行うことを可能にするホルダを提供する。 本発明は、光源部から射出される励起光を検体に照射し、検体の腫瘍部位に存在するポルフィリン類が発する蛍光を分光して検出することで、前記腫瘍部位と非腫瘍部位の識別を行う腫瘍部位識別装置に使用される検体用ホルダであり、検体を収容する収容部と、ホルダの外側から射出された励起光を透過させて収容部に収容された検体に当該励起光を照射させるための窓部とを有し、少なくとも窓部が低自家蛍光性材料で構成されている。
