Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a wavelength converter, to a light-emitting device that uses the wavelength converter, and to a production method for the wavelength converter. The wavelength converter is provided with a light-transmitting substrate (20) and with a thin film (22) that is formed on a surface (20a) of the light-transmitting substrate (20) and that contains a phosphor. A sintered body that constitutes the light-transmitting substrate (20) has an average particle size of 5-40 μm. The light-transmitting substrate (20) contains at least 10-500 ppm by mass of MgO. The principal component of the phosphor is an α-sialon that is indicated by the general formula (Caα,Euβ)(Si,Al)12(O,N)16 (provided that 1.5 < α+β < 2.2, 0 < β < 0.2, and O/N ≤ 0.04).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un convertisseur de longueur d'onde, un dispositif électroluminescent utilisant le convertisseur de longueur d'onde, et un procédé de production du convertisseur de longueur d'onde. Le convertisseur de longueur d'onde est muni d'un substrat de transmission de lumière (20) et d'un film mince (22) qui est formé sur une surface (20a) du substrat de transmission de lumière (20) et qui contient un luminophore. Un corps fritté qui constitue le substrat de transmission de lumière (20) présente une taille moyenne des particules de 5 à 40 µm. Le substrat de transmission de lumière (20) contient au moins 10 à 500 ppm en masse de MgO. Le principal composant du luminophore est un α-sialon qui est représenté par la formule générale (Caα,Euβ)(Si,Al)12(O,N)16 (sous réserve que 1,5 < α + β < 2,2, 0 < β < 0,2, et O/N ≤ 0,04).
(JA)  本発明は、波長変換体、それを用いた発光装置及び波長変換体の製造方法に関する。波長変換体は、透光性基板(20)と、透光性基板(20)の表面(20a)に形成され、且つ、蛍光体を含有する薄膜(22)とを備える。透光性基板(20)を構成する焼結体の平均粒径は5~40μmである。透光性基板(20)は少なくとも10~500質量ppmのMgOを含有する。蛍光体として、一般式:(Caα,Euβ)(Si,Al)12(O,N)16(但し、1.5<α+β<2.2、0<β<0.2、O/N≦0.04)で示されるα型サイアロンを主成分とする蛍光体を用いた。
