Abstract:
(EN) This 5000 series aluminium alloy sheet, which has an Mg solid solution amount and subgrain area ratio configured to a specified range, has no shortage in pressure resistance strength after filling with a beverage takes place, has excellent rivet forming properties and can opening properties, and has a sheet thickness reduced to approximately 0.2 mm, is produced by cold rolling without carrying out intermediate annealing.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une feuille d'alliage d'aluminium de la série 5000, qui comprend une teneur en solution solide de Mg et un rapport de surface de sous-grain déterminés dans une plage spécifiée, ne présente pas d'insuffisance dans la résistance à la pression après le remplissage par une boisson, présente d'excellentes propriétés de formation de rivet et d'ouverture de canette, et présente une épaisseur de tôle réduite à approximativement 0,2 mm. Ladite feuille d'alliage d'aluminium est formée par laminage à froid sans mise en œuvre d'un recuit intermédiaire.
(JA)  Mgの固溶量とサブグレイン面積率を特定の範囲とし、飲料充填後の耐圧強度に不足がなく、リベット成形性及び開缶性にも優れさせ、板厚を0.2mm程度に薄肉化した5000系アルミニウム合金板を、中間焼鈍しない冷延にて製造する。
