Abstract:
(EN) An organic photoelectric conversion element which is characterized by comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an active layer arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a hole injection layer arranged between the positive electrode and the active layer, and which is also characterized in that the positive electrode contains a conductive nanomaterial and the hole injection layer has a film retention ratio of 80% or more in a film retention ratio measurement after a water rinsing treatment.
(FR) L’invention concerne un élément de conversion photoélectrique organique qui est caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend une électrode positive, une électrode négative, une couche active agencée entre l’électrode positive et l’électrode négative, et une couche d’injection de trous agencée entre l’électrode positive et la couche active, et qui est également caractérisé en ce que l’électrode positive contient un nanomatériau conducteur et en ce que le ratio de rétention de pellicule de la couche d’injection de trous est supérieur ou égal à 80 % dans une mesure de ratio de rétention de pellicule après un traitement de rinçage à l’eau.
