Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method by which, at a stage prior to storing felled palm trunks, palm trunks in which the sugar concentration could increase can be efficiently selected and, as a result of storing the selected palm trunks, sap that contains sugar can be efficiently collected. Provided is a method of using palm trunks, the method including: a starch confirmation step for confirming the amount of starch present in a palm trunk; a felled palm trunk storage step for storing, for a certain period of time, palm trunks for which the amount of starch present therein has been confirmed in the starch confirmation step; and a sap collection step for collecting sap from the stored palm trunks, following the felled palm trunk storage step.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé avec lequel, dans une étape avant de stocker des troncs de palmier abattus, la sélection de troncs de palmier dont la concentration en sucre pourrait augmenter peut être réalisée efficacement et avec lequel, suite au stockage des troncs de palmier sélectionnés, la sève qui contient du sucre peut être collectée efficacement. L'invention concerne un procédé d'utilisation de troncs de palmier, le procédé comprenant : une étape de confirmation d'amidon pour confirmer la quantité d'amidon présente dans un tronc de palmier ; une étape de stockage de tronc de palmier abattu pour stocker, pendant une certaine période de temps, le tronc de palmier pour lequel la quantité d'amidon présente à l'intérieur de ce dernier a été confirmée dans l'étape de confirmation d'amidon ; et une étape de collecte de sève pour collecter la sève des troncs de palmier stockés, suite à l'étape de stockage de tronc de palmier abattu.
(JA)  本発明は、伐採パーム幹を貯蔵する前の段階で、糖濃度の上昇する可能性あるパーム幹を効率よく選抜することができ、さらに、選抜したパーム幹を貯蔵することにより、効率よく糖を含む樹液を採取する方法を提供するものであり、パーム幹中の澱粉の存在量を確認する澱粉確認工程と、前記澱粉確認工程で、澱粉の存在量が確認されたパーム幹を一定期間貯蔵する伐採パーム幹貯蔵工程と、前記伐採パーム幹貯蔵工程後に、貯蔵したパーム幹から樹液を採取する樹液採取工程と、を有する、パーム幹の利用方法である。
