Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing an adhesive composition with which it is possible to obtain an adhesive sheet having excellent oleic acid resistance whereby there is little reduction in adhesive strength even after being in contact with oleic acid for a long period of time. The present invention provides an adhesive composition that is characterized by containing: a urethane resin (A), which is a reaction product of a polycarbonate polyol (a1), a polyisocyanate (a2), and a chain extender (a3), has a weight average molecular weight in the range of 5,000-40,000, and has a hydroxyl group; a crosslinking agent (B); and an organic solvent (C). The invention further provides an adhesive sheet that is characterized by having a dried film of said adhesive composition. This adhesive composition has good coating properties, and the obtained adhesive sheet has excellent cross-linking properties and good initial adhesive strength, and has excellent oleic acid resistance whereby there is little reduction in adhesive strength even after being in contact with oleic acid for a long period of time.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de fournir une composition d'adhésif qui permet d'obtenir une feuille adhésive d'une excellente résistance à l'acide oléique et de faible baisse d'adhérence y compris en cas de contact prolongé avec un acide oléique. Plus précisément, l'invention fournit une composition d'adhésif caractéristique en ce qu'elle comprend une résine uréthane (A) consistant en un produit de réaction d'un polyol de polycarbonate (a1), d'un polyisocyanate (a2) et d'un agent d'extension de chaîne (a3), dont la masse moléculaire moyenne est comprise dans une plage de 5000 à 40000, et possédant un groupe hydroxyle, un agent de réticulation (B), et un solvant organique (C) ; et l'invention fournit aussi une feuille adhésive caractéristique en ce qu'elle possède un film séché de ladite composition. La composition d'adhésif de l'invention présente des propriétés d'application satisfaisantes. La feuille adhésive ainsi obtenue est dotée d'excellentes propriétés de réticulation et d'une adhérence initiale satisfaisante, en outre se révèle excellente en termes de résistance à l'acide oléique et ne présente qu'une faible baisse d'adhérence y compris en cas de contact prolongé avec un acide oléique.
(JA)  本発明が解決しようとする課題は、オレイン酸に長時間接触しても接着力の低下が少ない耐オレイン酸性に優れる粘着シートが得られる粘着剤組成物を提供することである。本発明は、ポリカーボネートポリオール(a1)、ポリイソシアネート(a2)及び鎖伸長剤(a3)の反応物であり、重量平均分子量が5,000~40,000の範囲である、水酸基を有するウレタン樹脂(A)と、架橋剤(B)と、有機溶剤(C)とを含有することを特徴とする粘着剤組成物、及び、その乾燥皮膜を有することを特徴とする粘着シートを提供するものである。本発明の粘着剤組成物は塗工性が良好であり、得られる粘着シートは、架橋性に優れ良好な初期接着力を有し、かつ、オレイン酸に長時間接触しても接着力の低下が少ない耐オレイン酸性に優れるものである。
