Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a voltage-controlled method for electrowinning high-quality copper for low-temperature solutions with a low copper concentration, with application of alternating current, which reduces the ferric ion and reduces copper in cathode circuits and oxidises iron in anode circuits, with low energy consumption, without producing acid mist and without requiring a previous step of solvent extraction in order to concentrate and purify the electrolyte.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un processus d'électro-obtention de cuivre de haute qualité pour des solutions à faible concentration de cuivre et basse température commandé par la tension et par application de courant alternatif, qui réduit l'ion ferrique et réduit le cuivre dans des circuits de cathodes et qui oxyde le fer dans des circuits d'anodes; dans des circuits d'anodes, avec une faible consommation d'énergie, sans produire de brouillard acide et sans nécessiter d'étape antérieure d'extraction par solvants pour concentrer et purifier l'électrolyte.
(ES) Proceso de electroobtención de cobre de alta calidad para soluciones de baja concentración de cobre y baja temperatura controlado por tensión y con aplicación de corriente alterna, que reduce el ión férrico y reduce cobre en circuitos catódicos y oxida fierro en circuitos anódicos; con bajo consumo de energía, sin generación de neblina ácida y sin necesitar una etapa de extracción por solventes previa para concentrar y purificar electrolito.
