Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device for acquiring digital fingerprints which includes an image matrix sensor (1), said sensor being configured such as to acquire at least one image of the digital fingerprints of a finger (2) when said finger (2) is presented to said sensor in the acquisition field thereof, wherein the matrix sensor includes a body made of a semiconducting material (3) in which a matrix of active pixels (4) is formed, the pixels of said matrix of active pixels each including at least one photodiode (5) and being configured such as to operate in solar cell mode.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'acquisition d'empreintes digitales comprenant un capteur matriciel d'images (1), ledit capteur étant configuré pour acquérir au moins une image des empreintes digitales d'un doigt (2) lorsque ledit doigt (2) est présenté audit capteur dans son champ d'acquisition, dans lequel le capteur matriciel comprend un corps en matériau semi-conducteur (3) sur lequel est réalisé une matrice de pixels actifs (4), les pixels de ladite matrice de pixels actif comprenant chacun au moins une photodiode (5) et étant configurés pour fonctionner en mode cellule solaire.
