Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to the field of applied immunotechnology and medicine. More specifically, it relates to DNA motif vaccine design, glyco-DNA motif vaccine design, and immunogen design for producing antibodies against an epitope of arbitrary sequences or polysaccharide epitope, particularly those epitopes against which it is otherwise very difficult to induce antibodies, such as those of HIV-1. The present invention also relates to immunogen design to induce robust cellular and humoral immunity.
(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine de l'immunotechnologie appliquée et de la médecine. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne la conception de vaccin à motif d'ADN, la conception de vaccin à motif de glyco-ADN et la conception d'immunogènes pour produire des anticorps contre un épitope de séquences arbitraires ou un épitope polysaccharidique, en particulier des épitopes contre lesquels il est sinon très difficile d'induire des anticorps, tels que ceux du VIH-1.
