A specific nozzle is disposed at tail end of the connecting pipe and is used for ejecting liquid nitrogen. In the device main body, liquid nitrogen ejected by the specific spray nozzle and an ice cream raw material are sufficiently mixed by means of stirring, so as to prepare an ice cream.
