Title: EFFICIENT PRINTING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SOLAR CELL
Abstract:
An efficient printing method for a solar cell and a printing device using the method. In the method, when a cell is printed by means of a printing mesh at a printing station, a cell printed at a waiting station adjacent to the printing station is transferred out and the next cell to be printed is subsequently transferred in, and the comprehensive position deviation of the cell to be printed is determined; after the printing of the cell at the waiting station is finished, the cell printed at the printing station is translated to another waiting station, and the next cell to be printed reaches the printing station; meanwhile, the position of the printing mesh is adjusted according to the comprehensive position deviation; after the adjustment is finished, the next cell to be printed at the printing station is printed. The printing of multiple cells can be continuously finished by repeatedly carrying out the process. The printing device using the printing method synchronously prints two cells, and has the advantages of high printing efficiency, easiness for processing problematic cells and the like.
