Abstract:
(EN) Analysis of any particulate materials, using samples thereof, based on modelling by digital image processing. Shortening the time required to obtain results from the analysis of the proportion and grain size of the various components of particulate materials. Increase in the speed, precision, stability and security of the supply of results from the analysis of particulates, in that the method quantifies the grains of the particulate samples without the need to segment and/or discriminate absolutely the individual grains in images; quantisation by means of images is the result of a model. The method builds and uses models which respond to data from colour histogram windows and frequency spectra by qualifying and quantifying the grains in a particulate sample, and uses two main steps, data collection and operation, the first with eight sub-steps and the second with seven sub-steps.
(FR) L'invention concerne l'analyse de matières particulaires quelconques, à travers leurs échantillons, basée sur la modélisation par traitement numérique d'images. Elle permet de réduire le temps d'obtention de résultats d'analyses des teneurs en divers constituants de matières particulaires ainsi que de leurs granulométries. Par ailleurs, elle permet d'augmenter la rapidité, la précision, la stabilité et la sécurité dans la fourniture de résultats d'analyses de matières particulaires, le procédé quantifiant les grains des échantillons de matières particulaires sans qu'il soit nécessaire de segmenter et/ou de discriminer individuellement les grains en images de manière absolue, la quantification par images résultant d'un modèle. Le procédé consiste à construire et utiliser des modèles qui, devant les données de fenêtres d'histogrammes de couleurs et de spectres de fréquence, répondent par qualification et quantification des grains présents dans un échantillon de matière particulaire, ledit procédé possédant deux étapes principales, soit la collecte de données et l'opération, la première comprenant huit sous-étapes et la seconde sept.
(PT) Análise de quaisquer materiais particulados, através de suas amostras, baseada em modelagem por processamento digital de imagens. Diminuição do tempo de obtenção de resultados de análises dos teores dos vários componentes de materiais particulados bem como das granulometrias dos mesmos. Aumento da rapidez, precisão, estabilidade e da segurança em fornecimento de resultados de análises de particulados, onde o processo quantifica os grãos das amostras de particulados sem a necessidade de segmentar e/ou discriminar individualmente os grãos em imagens de forma absoluta; a quantificação pelas imagens é resultado de um modelo. O processo constrói e utiliza modelos que, diante dos dados de janelas de histogramas de cores e espectros de frequência, respondem com a qualificação e a quantificação dos grãos presentes em uma amostra de particulado e possui duas etapas principais, coleta de dados e operação, a primeira composta de oito sub-etapas e a segundas de sete.
