Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a lung cancer inducible animal model using an epithelial membrane protein 2 (EMP2) gene, and a use thereof. An effect of promoting metastasis of cancer in the lung, as well as a lung cancer inducing effect, was observed in the animal model produced by the method. Thus, it is expected that the animal model of the present invention can be diversely used in clinical research to screen drug candidates for treating lung cancer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour produire un modèle animal pouvant subir une induction du cancer du poumon à l'aide d'un gène de la protéine 2 de membrane épithéliale (EMP2), et son utilisation. Un effet favorisant la métastase du cancer dans le poumon, ainsi qu'un effet d'induction du cancer du poumon, ont été observés chez le modèle animal produit par le procédé. Ainsi, on s'attend à ce que le modèle animal de la présente invention puisse être utilisé de différentes manières en recherche clinique pour cribler des médicaments candidats pour traiter le cancer du poumon.
(KO) 본 발명은 상피막단백질 2(Epithelial membrane protein 2; EMP2) 유전자를 이용한 폐암 유발 동물모델의 제조 방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 동물모델에서, 폐암 유발 효과뿐만 아니라, 폐로의 암 전이 촉진 효과를 확인하였는바, 본 발명의 동물모델을 이용하여 폐암 치료를 위한 후보약물 스크리닝 등의 임상적 연구에 다각적으로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
