Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a processing agent for a non-fluorinated melt-processable polymer and to a master batch for the processing agent. The invention has the technical feature of comprising a fluoro polymer obtained by collecting first fluoro polymer particles having a diameter of between 0.02 μm and 0.5 μm, so as to form second particles of a cluster type having a particle size of between 2 μm and 2 mm; and the present invention is advantageous in that, even without including a surfactant (interfacial agent), the melt fracture annihilation time can be shortened, and the extrusion load during processing is low and thus productivity can be improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un agent de traitement destiné à un polymère non fluoré pouvant être traité à l'état fondu et concerne également un mélange maître destiné à l'agent de traitement. L'invention possède la caractéristique technique de comprendre un polymère fluoré obtenu en recueillant des premières particules de polymère fluoré possédant un diamètre compris entre 0,02 µm et 0,5 µm, de manière à former des secondes particules d'un type en amas possédant une taille de particule comprise entre 2 µm et 2 mm ; et la présente invention est avantageuse, même sans inclure un agent tensio-actif (agent d'interface), en ce que le temps d'annihilation des marques de coulée peut être raccourci, et en ce que la charge d'extrusion lors du traitement est faible et, par conséquent, la productivité peut être améliorée.
(KO) 본 발명은 비플루오르화 용융 가공성 중합체의 가공조제 및 가공조제용 마스터배치에 관한 것으로서, 직경이 0.02㎛ ~ 0.5㎛ 인 플루오로 중합체 1차 입자가 모여서 입자 크기 2㎛ ~ 2㎜ 인 클러스터형의 2차 입자를 형성하는 플루오로 중합체를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 계면활성제(interfacial agent)가 포함되어 있지 않음에도 용융 파괴 소멸 시간을 단축시킬 수 있으며, 가공시 압출 부하가 적어 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
