Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a solar cell having excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency, little deterioration during sealing (initial deterioration), high-temperature durability, and excellent temperature cycle durability. This solar cell has: a laminate having an electrode, a counter electrode, and a photoelectric conversion layer arranged between the electrode and the counter electrode; and a sealing material covering the counter electrode and sealing the laminate. The photoelectric conversion layer includes an organic-inorganic perovskite compound indicated by general formula R-M-X3 (R indicating an organic molecule, M indicating a metal atom, and X indicating a halogen atom or a chalcogen atom.) The sealing material includes a (meth) acrylic resin having a C atom/O atom ratio in the molecules thereof of at least 4.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet de réaliser une cellule solaire qui possède un excellent rendement de conversion photoélectrique, une faible détérioration pendant l'étanchéification (détérioration initiale), une longue durée de vie à haute température et une excellente durabilité en cycle thermique. La cellule solaire selon l'invention comprend : un stratifié comportant une électrode, une contre-électrode et une couche de conversion photoélectrique disposée entre l'électrode et la contre-électrode ; et un matériau d'étanchéité qui recouvre la contre-électrode et qui rend le stratifié étanche. La couche de conversion photoélectrique contient un composé de pérovskite organique-inorganique représenté par la formule générale R-M-X3 (R indiquant une molécule organique, M indiquant un atome de métal et X indiquant un atome d'halogène ou un atome de chalcogène). Le matériau d'étanchéité contient une résine (méth)acrylique dont le rapport atome de C/atome d'O dans les molécules de celui-ci est au moins égal à 4.
(JA) 本発明は、光電変換効率に優れ、封止時の劣化(初期劣化)が少なく、高温耐久性があり、温度サイクル耐性に優れた太陽電池を提供することを目的とする。 本発明は、電極と、対向電極と、前記電極と前記対向電極との間に配置された光電変換層とを有する積層体と、前記対向電極上を覆って前記積層体を封止する封止材とを有する太陽電池であって、前記光電変換層は、一般式R-M-X(但し、Rは有機分子、Mは金属原子、Xはハロゲン原子又はカルコゲン原子である。)で表される有機無機ペロブスカイト化合物を含み、前記封止材は、分子中のC原子/O原子が4以上である(メタ)アクリル樹脂を含む太陽電池である。
