Abstract:
(EN) The objective of the invention is to facilitate connections to lower-spec devices. Digital signals, which have been subjected to coding, are transmitted to an external device over a plurality of channels via transmission paths by use of differential signals. In this case, digital signals, which have been subjected to a first coding for which clock extractions cannot be performed, are transmitted over some of the plurality of channels, while digital signals, which have been subjected to a second coding for which clock extractions can be performed, are transmitted over the others of the plurality of channels. On the reception side, the digital signals received over the plurality of channels are processed on the basis of clocks extracted from the digital signals received over any one of said others of the plurality of channels.
(FR) L’objectif de l’invention est de faciliter les connexions à des dispositifs de spécifications inférieures. Des signaux numériques, qui ont été soumis à un codage, sont envoyés à un dispositif externe sur une pluralité de canaux, par l’intermédiaire de trajets d’émission, par une utilisation de signaux différentiels. Dans le cas présent, des signaux numériques, qui ont été soumis à un premier codage ne permettant pas d’effectuer des extractions d’horloge, sont émis sur certains canaux de la pluralité de canaux, tandis que des signaux numériques, qui ont été soumis à un deuxième codage permettant d’effectuer des extractions d’horloge, sont émis sur les autres canaux de la pluralité de canaux. Sur le côté réception, les signaux numériques reçus sur la pluralité de canaux sont traités sur la base des horloges extraites des signaux numériques reçus sur l’un quelconque desdits autres canaux de la pluralité de canaux.
