Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a plurality of LDs that each oscillate multi-wavelength laser light; a fiber array wherein the emission-end side of a plurality of feeding fibers that respectively transmit the multi-wavelength laser light that is oscillated by the plurality of LDs are bundled together; a spectral beam combining unit that that performs spectral beam combining on multi-wavelength laser light emitted from the fiber array; a reflected light detection fiber that is arranged so as to be adjacent to the fiber array and that receives via the spectral beam combining unit reflected light that is multi-wavelength laser light that has been reflected by a workpiece; and a light detector that detects reflected light that has been emitted from the reflected light detection fiber.
