Abstract:
(EN) This soluble material for three-dimensional molding is used as a material for a support material that supports a three-dimensional object when said three-dimensional object is produced by a fused deposition modeling 3D printer. The soluble material for three-dimensional molding contains at least one polymer and at least one filler. The filler is a fibrous filler having a fiber length of 0.02-1,000 µm and a fiber diameter of 0.0001-20 µm and/or a plate-shaped filler having a particle size of 0.1-20 µm and a thickness of 0.01-10 µm. The content of the filler is 0.01-200 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polymer. The present invention makes it possible to minimize foaming and decreases in the precision of a three-dimensional object even when a three-dimensional object is produced by a 3D printer after exposure to high humidity.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau soluble destiné à un moulage tridimensionnel et utilisé en tant que matériau pour un matériau de support qui supporte un objet tridimensionnel lorsque ledit objet tridimensionnel est produit par une imprimante 3D de modelage par dépôt en fusion. Le matériau soluble pour moulage tridimensionnel contient au moins un polymère et au moins une charge. La charge est une charge fibreuse possédant une longueur de fibre de 0,02-1000 µm et un diamètre de fibre de 0,0001-20 µm et/ou une charge en forme de plaques présentant une grosseur de particule de 0,1-20 µm et une épaisseur de 0,01-10 µm. La teneur de la charge est de 0,01-200 parties en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse du polymère. La présente invention permet de réduire au minimum la formation de mousse et diminue dans la précision d'un objet tridimensionnel, même lorsqu'un objet tridimensionnel est produit par une imprimante 3D après exposition à une forte humidité.
(JA)  本発明の三次元造形用可溶性材料は、熱溶融積層方式の3Dプリンタによって三次元物体を製造する際に、当該三次元物体を支持するサポート材の材料として用いられる三次元造形用可溶性材料であって、少なくとも1種以上の重合体と、少なくとも1種以上のフィラーとを含有し、前記フィラーが、繊維長 0.02~1000μm、繊維径0.0001~20μmの繊維状フィラー、及び/又は粒径0.1~20μm、厚み0.01~10μmの板状フィラーであり、前記フィラーの含有量が、前記重合体100質量部に対して0.01~200質量部である。本発明によれば、高湿度下に暴露された後に3Dプリンタによる三次元物体の製造に用いても、発泡を抑制し、三次元物体の精度低下を抑制することができる。
