Abstract:
(EN) An abnormality detection device for a continuously variable transmission, wherein an abnormality determination means (U) that determines whether a metal ring of a metal belt (15) of a continuously variable transmission (TM) is broken calculates the compression stiffness (k) of the metal belt (15) from the amplitude ratio (m) of the variation component of the rotational speed of an input shaft (11) and the variation component of the rotational speed of an output shaft (12), from a phase delay (φp.DN) that is obtained by indexing the phase difference between the variation component of the rotational speed of the input shaft (11) and the variation component of the rotational speed of the output shaft (12), and from the belt pitch radius (RDR, RDN) of a drive pulley (13) or of a driven pulley (14), compares the compression stiffness (k) of the metal belt (15) with a preset reference compression stiffness so as to determine whether the metal ring is broken, and can thereby quickly and certainly determine whether the metal ring is broken without the need for a special sensor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détection d'anomalie destiné à une transmission à variation continue. Un moyen de détermination d'anomalie (U), qui détermine si un anneau métallique d'une courroie métallique (15) d'une transmission à variation continue (TM) est rompu, calcule la rigidité en compression (k) de la courroie métallique (15) à partir du rapport d'amplitude (m) de la composante de variation de la vitesse de rotation d'un arbre d'entrée (11) à la composante de variation de la vitesse de rotation d'un arbre de sortie (12), à partir d'un temps de propagation de phase (φp.DN) que l'on obtient en indexant la différence de phase entre la composante de variation de la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre d'entrée (11) et la composante de variation de la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre de sortie (12), ainsi qu'à partir du rayon de pas de courroie (RDR, RDN) d'une poulie d'entraînement (13) ou d'une poulie entraînée (14) ; compare la rigidité en compression (k) de la courroie métallique (15) avec une rigidité en compression de référence prédéfinie, de façon à déterminer si l'anneau métallique est rompu et peut ainsi déterminer rapidement et de façon certaine si l'anneau métallique est rompu, sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'utiliser un capteur spécial.
(JA) 無段変速機の異常判定装置において、無段変速機(TM)の金属ベルト(15)の金属リングの破断を判定する異常判定手段(U)は、入力軸(11)の回転数の変動成分および出力軸(12)の回転数の変動成分の振幅比(m)と、入力軸(11)の回転数の変動成分および出力軸(12)の回転数の変動成分の位相差を指標化した位相遅れ(φp.DN)と 、ドライブプーリ(13)またはドリブンプーリ(14)のベルトピッチ半径(RDR,RDN)とから金属ベルト(15)の圧縮剛性(k)を算出し、金属ベルト(15)の圧縮剛性(k)を予め設定した基準圧縮剛性と比較することで金属リングの破断を判定するので、特別なセンサを必要とせずに金属リングの破断を早期に且つ確実に判定することができる。
