Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides a carotid artery blood pressure and its pulse wave measuring device and system for calculation of augmentation index and carotid artery inner diameter and method for doing so, where said carotid artery blood pressure and its pulse wave measuring system comprises a device consisting of at least one securing meanis for attaching the device to the user's body, actuator and at least one force sensor. Said system further comprises analog to digital sygnal converter, a procesor means for executing the motor control software and calculating the augmentaction index and carotid artery inner diameter, where the program is stored on the computer readable data carrier. Using the measuring device and system in accordance with this invention the carotid artery blood pressure and its pulse wave values are measured using komputer control program being executed in a processor means and stored in a data carrier, sistolic and diastolinio blood pressure, augmentation index and carotid artery inner diameter, are calculated using the calculatio computer program stored in a data carrier and executed in the procesor means.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pression sanguine d'artère carotide et son dispositif de mesure d'onde de pouls, et un système de calcul d'indice d'augmentation et de diamètre interne d'artère carotide et son procédé, ladite pression sanguine d'artère carotide et son système de mesure d'onde de pouls comprenant un dispositif constitué d'au moins un moyen de fixation pour fixer le dispositif au corps de l'utilisateur, un actionneur et au moins un capteur de force. Ledit système comprend en outre un convertisseur de signal analogique-numérique, un moyen de processeur pour exécuter le logiciel de commande de moteur et calculer l'indice d'augmentation et le diamètre interne d'artère carotide, le programme étant stocké sur le support de données lisible par ordinateur. En utilisant le dispositif et le système de mesure selon l'invention, la pression sanguine d'artère carotide et ses valeurs d'onde de pouls sont mesurées à l'aide du programme de commande informatique exécuté dans un moyen de processeur et stocké dans un support de données; une pression sanguine diastolique et systolique, un indice d'augmentation et un diamètre interne d'artère carotide sont calculés à l'aide du programme informatique de calcul stocké dans un support de données et exécuté dans le moyen de processeur.
