Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method of optically reading reliefs on a side wall of a container (14), consisting in: illuminating a portion of interest with a peripheral incident light beam comprising non-parallel radial light rays; forming, by specular reflection of the beam on the portion of interest and on the reliefs (12), by way of an optical element (30), a plane image in the field of vision of a two-dimensional photoelectric sensor (24); processing the image received by the sensor in order to detect the reliefs; moving the light source (34) relative to the optical element by translation in the direction of the theoretical central axis (AI), supplying the peripheral incident light beam in order to modify the contrast of the image received by the sensor between the image regions corresponding to the reliefs and the adjacent regions. The invention also concerns a corresponding display device and inspection line.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de lecture optique de reliefs sur une paroi latérale d'un récipient (14) consistant à: - éclairer une portion d'intérêt avec un faisceau lumineux incident périphérique comprenant des rayons lumineux radiaux non parallèles, - former, par réflexion spéculaire du faisceau sur la portion d'intérêt et sur les reliefs (12), au travers d'un élément optique (30), une image plane dans le champ de vision d'un capteur photoélectrique bidimensionnel (24), - assurer le traitement de l'image reçue par le capteur, afin de détecter les reliefs, - à déplacer la source lumineuse (34) par rapport à l'élément optique, par translation selon la direction de l'axe central théorique (Al), fournissant le faisceau lumineux incident périphérique, pour modifier le contraste de l'image reçue par le capteur entre des zones de l'image, correspondant aux reliefs, et des zones adjacentes. L'invention concerne aussi un dispositif de visualisation et une ligne d'inspection correspondant.
