Abstract:

(DE)Die Erfindung betrifft einen Achsträger (1) eines Kraftfahrzeugs mit zwei Längsträgern (2) und zumindest einem Querträger (3), welcher an Verbindungsstellen (4) mit den in ihren Endbereichen Karosserieanbindungspunkte aufweisenden Längsträgern (3) verbunden ist, wobei der Achsträger (1) vorgesehen ist, mit gleichen geometrischen Abmessungen an hinsichtlich ihres Gewichts und/oder ihrer Antriebsleistung unterschiedlichen Kraftfahrzeug-Typen verbaut zu werden. Bei Verwendung des Achsträgeres (1) in einem Kraftfahrzeug-Typ mit höherem Gewicht und/oder höherer Antriebsleistung ist zumindest eine Verbindungsstelle (4) mit einem Verstärkungselement (5) aus faserverstärktem Kunststoff umwickelt, welches bei einem anderen Kraftfahrzeug-Typ mit geringerem Gewicht und/oder geringerer Antriebsleistung entweder überhaupt nicht oder in geringerer Dimensionierung vorgesehen ist. Beansprucht wird weiterhin allgemein ein metallischer Achsträger (1), der nur an den besagten Verbindungsstellen jeweils ein entsprechendes Verstärkungselement aufweist.
(EN)The invention relates to an axle support (1) of a motor vehicle comprising two longitudinal supports (2) and at least one cross-beam (3) which is connected to connection points (4) with the cross-beams (3) comprising body connection points in the end areas thereof. The axle support (1) can be installed in different types of motor vehicle with identical dimensions with respect to the weight and/or drive power thereof. When using the axle support (1) in a type of motor vehicle with a heavy weight and/or high driving power, at least one connecting point (4) is wound with a reinforcement element (5) made from fibre-reinforced plastic, which, in another type of vehicle with a lower weight and/or lower driving power is either not provided or is provided in smaller dimensions. The invention also relates to a metal axle support (1) which respectively comprises a corresponding reinforcement element only on said connection point.
(FR)L’invention concerne un support d’essieu (1) d’un véhicule automobile comprenant deux longerons (2) et au moins une traverse (3), laquelle est reliée en des points de liaison (4) aux longerons (3) comportant dans leurs zones d’extrémité des points de raccordement à la carrosserie, le support d’essieu (1) étant prévu pour être monté, avec des dimensions géométriques similaires, sur différents types de véhicules en ce qui concerne le poids et/ou la puissance motrice de ces derniers. Lorsque le support d’essieu (1) est utilisé dans un type de véhicule automobile présentant un poids plus important et/ou une puissance motrice plus élevée, au moins un point de liaison (4) est enveloppé d’un élément de renforcement (5) en matière plastique renforcée par des fibres, lequel, avec un autre type de véhicule automobile présentant un poids moins élevé et/ou une puissance motrice plus faible, est soit totalement absent, soit présent, mais avec un dimensionnement réduit. En outre, l’invention concerne également généralement un support d’essieu métallique (1), qui comporte respectivement un élément de renforcement correspondant uniquement au niveau desdits points de liaison.
