Title: ACCUMULATION-TYPE POWER TRANSFER AND CONVERSION DEVICE USING TENSION OF SPRING
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an accumulation-type power transfer device configured such that a tensioned spring accumulates energy and then is compressed, when necessary, so as to generate a force, which drives a separate device, a ship, an automobile, or the like, or causes a generator to generate electricity. The present invention is characterized by comprising a manual driving means having a reducer; a power transfer shaft coupled such that a driving force from the manual driving means is transferred; a power transfer unidirectional rotation unit coupled to the outer peripheral edge of the power transfer shaft so as to rotate the power transfer shaft in one direction, which is identical to the direction of rotation of the manual driving means, and to remain in an idle state when the power transfer shaft rotates in a direction different from the direction of rotation of the manual driving means; a power accumulation unit coupled to the outer peripheral edge of an end of the power transfer shaft, the power accumulation unit having a circular case, a bearing being mounted at the center portion of the case, a barrier being formed inside the case in a helical shape such that the same defines a circle that gradually becomes smaller starting from the outside towards the center portion, one side end of a power accumulation spring being fixed to one side end of the outermost barrier, and a pulling rope being connected to the other side end of the power accumulation spring so as extend around the barrier and to be connected to the power transfer shaft at the center portion of the case; and a power conversion gear unit coupled to the outer side end of the power transfer shaft. The present invention is advantageous in that the spring is tensioned by a single shaft and accumulates power, a rotating force, which is generated when the tensioned spring is restored, rotates a power shaft, and a rotating force having a small RPM is combined with different large multiples of rates, thereby improving the RPM.
