Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a light emitting device comprising a fluorescent substance having a narrow full width at half maximum. The light emitting device according to the present invention comprises: a housing; a light emitting diode chip arranged on the housing; a wavelength conversion unit for covering the light emitting diode chip; a first fluorescent substance distributed inside the wavelength conversion unit so as to emit green light; and second and third fluorescent substances distributed inside the wavelength conversion unit so as to emit red light, wherein the second fluorescent substance is a fluorescent substance having a chemical formula of A2MF6: Mn4+, A is one of Li, Na, K, Rb, Ce and NH4, M is one of Si, Ti, Nb and Ta, and the third fluorescent substance has a mass range of 0.1 to 1 wt% with regard to the wavelength conversion unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent comprenant une substance fluorescente présentant une largeur de bande totale étroite à la moitié de l'intensité maximale. Le dispositif électroluminescent selon la présente invention comprend : un boîtier ; une puce de diode électroluminescente disposée sur le boîtier ; une unité de conversion de longueur d'onde destinée à couvrir la puce de diode électroluminescente ; une première substance fluorescente répartie à l'intérieur de l'unité de conversion de longueur d'onde de manière à émettre de la lumière verte ; et des deuxième et troisième substances fluorescentes réparties à l'intérieur de l'unité de conversion de longueur d'onde de manière à émettre de la lumière rouge, la deuxième substance fluorescente étant une substance fluorescente de formule chimique A2MF6 : Mn4+, A représentant un élément parmi le Li, Na, K, Rb, Ce et le NH4, M représentant un élément parmi le Si, Ti, Nb et le Ta, et la troisième substance fluorescente couvrant une plage de masse de 0,1 à 1 % en poids par rapport à l'unité de conversion de longueur d'onde.
(KO) 본 발명은 좁은 반치폭을 가지는 형광체를 포함하는 발광 장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 발광 장치는 하우징; 하우징에 배치되는 발광 다이오드 칩; 발광 다이오드 칩을 덮는 파장변환부; 파장변환부 내에 분포되어, 녹색광을 방출하는 제1 형광체; 파장변환부 내에 분포되어, 적색광을 방출하는 제2 형광체 및 제3 형광체를 포함하되, 제2 형광체는 A2MF6: Mn4+의 화학식을 가지는 형광체이고, A는 Li, Na, K, Rb, Ce 및 NH4 중 하나이고, M은 Si, Ti, Nb 및 Ta 중 하나이며, 제3 형광체는 파장변환부에 대하여 0.1 내지 1 wt%의 질량범위를 가진다.
