(EN)The present invention relates to 3D video coding device and method. A decoding method according to the present invention provides a 3D video decoding method. A decoding method comprises the steps of: deriving a disparity vector with respect to a current block; deriving the location of a corresponding sample on a reference view on the basis of the disparity vector; deriving the location of a reference sample on the basis of the location of the corresponding sample; and deriving movement information of a prediction block that covers the location of the reference sample. According to the present invention, when a corresponding block in a reference view is derived by means of a disparity vector, movement information of the corresponding block can be derived in accordance with movement information compression, a buffer load of an encoder and a decoder can be reduced, and coding efficiency can be enhanced by having the amount of information being processed reduced.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de codage de vidéo tridimensionnelle (3D). Un procédé de décodage selon la présente invention concerne un procédé de décodage de vidéo 3D. Un procédé de décodage comprend les étapes consistant à : dériver un vecteur de disparité par rapport à un bloc courant ; dériver l’emplacement d’un échantillon correspondant sur une vue de référence sur la base du vecteur de disparité ; dériver l’emplacement d’un échantillon de référence sur la base de l’emplacement de l’échantillon correspondant ; et dériver des informations de mouvement d’un bloc de prédiction qui couvre l’emplacement de l’échantillon de référence. Selon la présente invention, lorsqu’un bloc correspondant dans une vue de référence est dérivé au moyen d’un vecteur de disparité, des informations de mouvement du bloc correspondant peuvent être dérivées conformément à une compression d’informations de mouvement, une charge de tampon d’un codeur et d’un décodeur peut être réduite, et l’efficacité de codage peut être améliorée par réduction de la quantité d’informations qui sont traitées.
(KO)본 발명은 3D 비디오를 코딩하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 디코딩 방법은 D 비디오 디코딩 방법을 제공한다. 상기 디코딩 방법은 현재 블록에 대한 디스패리티 벡터를 도출하는 단계, 상기 디스패리티 벡터를 기반으로 참조 뷰 상의 대응 샘플의 위치를 도출하는 단계, 상기 대응 샘플의 위치를 기반으로 참조 샘플의 위치를 도출하는 단계 및 상기 참조 샘플의 위치를 커버하는 예측 블록의 움직임 정보를 도출하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 디스패리티 벡터를 이용하여 참조 뷰 내의 대응 블록을 도출하는 경우, 움직임 정보 압축을 고려하여 해당 대응 블록의 움직임 정보를 도출할 수 있고, 인코더 및 디코더의 버퍼 부하(load)를 줄일 수 있으며, 처리되는 정보의 양을 줄임으로써 코딩 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
