Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a framework connection structure and connection method using a steel pipe and, more specifically, to a framework connection structure and connection method using a steel pipe, which are capable of easily constructing a framework by using a steel pipe without the use of a diaphragm. The framework connection structure using a steel pipe without a diaphragm, according to the present invention, comprises: inner reinforcement plates inserted into a steel pipe column so as to reinforce the inside of the steel pipe column; fixing nuts fixed to the inner reinforcement plates for preventing the rotation thereof before the inner reinforcement plates are inserted into the steel pipe column; outer plates coupled to the outside of the steel pipe column; and bolts coupled, from the outside of the steel pipe column, to the fixing nuts after penetrating the outer plates and side surfaces of the steel pipe column so as to integrally couple the outer plates, the steel pipe column and the inner reinforcement plates, wherein, when the outer plates are coupled to the outside of the steel pipe column in a state in which the outer plates are joined to beams, the steel pipe column and the beams become connected, and when the inner reinforcement plates and the outer plates are respectively coupled to the insides and the outsides of the connection parts of two steel pipe columns to be connected in a long manner, the steel pipe columns become connected to each other.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure de raccordement de charpente et un procédé de raccordement au moyen d'un tuyau en acier et, plus spécifiquement, une structure de raccordement de charpente et un procédé de raccordement au moyen d'un tuyau en acier qui permettent de construire facilement une charpente en utilisant un tuyau en acier sans utiliser de diaphragme. La structure de raccordement de charpente au moyen d'un tuyau en acier sans diaphragme, selon la présente invention, comprend : des plaques de renforcement internes insérées dans une colonne à tuyau d'acier de façon à renforcer l'intérieur de la colonne à tuyau d'acier; des écrous de fixation fixés aux plaques de renforcement internes pour empêcher leur rotation avant que les plaques de renforcement internes ne soient insérées dans la colonne à tuyau d'acier; des plaques externes couplées à l'extérieur de la colonne à tuyau d'acier; et des boulons couplés, depuis l'extérieur de la colonne à tuyau d'acier, aux écrous de fixation après pénétration dans les plaques externes et les surfaces latérales de la colonne à tuyau d'acier de façon à coupler de façon solidaire les plaques externes, la colonne à tuyau d'acier et les plaques de renforcement internes. Lorsque les plaques externes sont couplées à l'extérieur de la colonne à tuyau d'acier dans un état dans lequel les plaques externes sont jointes à des poutres, la colonne à tuyau d'acier et les poutres se raccordent, et lorsque les plaques de renforcement internes et les plaques externes sont respectivement couplées aux parties intérieures et parties extérieures des parties de raccordement de deux colonnes à tuyau d'acier à raccorder de manière longue, les colonnes à tuyau d'acier se raccordent les unes aux autres.
(KO) 본 발명은 강관을 이용한 골조 연결구조 및 연결방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다이아프램을 사용하지 않고도 강관을 이용해 골조를 용이하게 시공할 수 있도록 이루어진 강관을 이용한 골조 연결구조 및 연결방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 다이아프램이 없는 강관을 이용한 골조 연결구조는, 강관 기둥의 내부로 삽입되어 강관 기둥의 내측을 보강하는 내부 보강판; 내부 보강판이 강관 기둥 내부로 삽입되기 전 내부 보강판에 회전이 방지되게 고정되는 고정너트; 강관 기둥의 외측에 체결되는 외측판; 및 강관 기둥의 외부에서 외측판, 강관 기둥의 측면을 관통한 후 고정너트에 결합되어 외측판, 강관 기둥 및 내부 보강판을 일체로 체결하는 볼트;를 포함하여, 외측판이 보에 접합된 상태에서 강관 기둥의 외측에 체결되는 경우 강관 기둥과 보의 연결이 이루어지고, 길게 연결되는 두 강관 기둥의 연결부 내외측에 내부 보강판과 외측판이 각각 체결되는 경우 강관 기둥과 강관 기둥의 연결이 이루어진다.
