Abstract:
(EN)  Provided is an antibacterial laminate structure that exhibits high antibacterial activity, even without undergoing doping with fluorine by a plasma process. The antibacterial laminate structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a base material, and an amorphous carbon film deposited onto the base material. One or more needle-shaped protrusions are formed by dry etching on the surface of the amorphous carbon film. The needle-shaped protrusion may include a microscopic structure near the apical portion thereof.
(FR)  L'invention porte sur une structure de stratifié antibactérien, laquelle structure présente une activité antibactérienne élevée, même sans subir de dopage au fluor par un processus à plasma. La structure de stratifié antibactérien selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comporte un matériau de base, et un film de carbone amorphe déposé sur le matériau de base. Une ou plusieurs saillies en forme d'aiguille sont formées par gravure à sec sur la surface du film de carbone amorphe. La saillie en forme d'aiguille peut comprendre une structure microscopique au voisinage de la partie apicale de cette dernière.
