Abstract:
(EN) This power control system is provided with a first power generation device that generates first generated power, a second power generation device that generates second generated power, an electricity storage device, first and second power conditioners, and a voltage detection means. The first power conditioner is connected to the first power generation device and the electricity storage device, and is also connected to a commercial power system via a transmission path. The second power conditioner is connected to the second power generation device and the transmission path, and outputs output power to the transmission path, said output power having been generated by converting the second generated power. The voltage detection means detects the voltage of the transmission path. In the cases where the value of the voltage of the transmission path is larger than a predetermined value, the first power conditioner performs electricity storage control such that the first generated power and the output power can be stored in the electricity storage device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de régulation de puissance comportant un premier dispositif de génération électrique qui génère une première énergie, un deuxième dispositif de génération électrique qui génère une deuxième énergie, un dispositif de stockage d'électricité, des premier et deuxième conditionneurs de puissance, et un moyen de détection de tension. Le premier conditionneur de puissance est relié au premier dispositif de génération électrique et au dispositif de stockage d'électricité, et est également relié à un système électrique commercial via un trajet de transmission. Le deuxième conditionneur de puissance est relié au deuxième dispositif de génération électrique et au trajet de transmission, et délivre une puissance de sortie au trajet de transmission, ladite puissance de sortie ayant été générée en convertissant la deuxième énergie. Le moyen de détection de tension détecte la tension du trajet de transmission. Dans les cas où la valeur de la tension du trajet de transmission est supérieure à une valeur prédéterminée, le premier conditionneur de puissance effectue une commande de stockage d'électricité de telle façon que la première énergie et la puissance de sortie puissent être stockées dans le dispositif de stockage d'électricité.
(JA)  電力制御システムは、第1発電電力を発電する第1発電装置、第2発電電力を発電する第2発電装置、蓄電装置、第1及び第2パワーコンディショナ、電圧検出手段を備える。第1パワーコンディショナは、第1発電装置及び蓄電装置と接続されるとともに、伝送線路を介して商用電力系統と接続される。第2パワーコンディショナは、第2発電装置及び伝送線路と接続され、第2発電電力を電力変換した出力電力を伝送線路に出力する。電圧検出手段は伝送線路の電圧を検出する。第1パワーコンディショナは、伝送線路の電圧の値が予め定められた値よりも大きい場合、第1発電電力及び出力電力を蓄電装置に蓄電可能とする蓄電制御を行う。
