Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a stacked body which maintains various properties of a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, and is capable of ensuring a high level of safety by inhibiting internal short circuits caused by damage to the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. This stacked body (10) is obtained by stacking, on at least one surface of a porous film having a polyolefin as a main component, a porous layer including fine particles. In a nail-penetration conduction test in which an N50 nail (2) as prescribed in JIS A 5508 is used to perform measurement under conditions in which the lowering speed of the nail (2) is 50 µm/min, the difference (test force during conduction - test force during insulation breakdown) between the test force of the stacked body (10) during conduction and the test force during insulation breakdown is at least 5 N, but not more than 50 N.
(FR) L'invention fournit un stratifié qui maintient les performances d'une batterie secondaire à électrolyte non aqueux, et qui permet de garantir une sécurité élevée par suppression des courts-circuits de partie interne en raison de l'endommagement, ou similaire, de la batterie secondaire à électrolyte non aqueux. Le stratifié (10) dans lequel une couche poreuse contenant des micropores est stratifiée sur au moins une face d'un film poreux ayant une polyoléfine pour composant principal, présente une différence entre une puissance d'essai lors de sa conduction et une puissance d'essai lors de son claquage (puissance d'essai lors de la conduction - puissance d'essai lors du claquage), selon un essai de conduction par piqûre d'une pointe qui met en œuvre une pointe (2) N50 définie par JIS A 5508, et selon lequel une mesure est effectuée sous des conditions telles que la vitesse de chute de la pointe (2) est de 50µm/minute, supérieure ou égale à 5N et inférieure ou égale à 50N.
(JA)  非水電解液二次電池の各種性能を維持した上で、非水電解液二次電池の破損等による内部短絡を防止することによって高い安全性を確保することができる積層体を提供する。ポリオレフィンを主成分とする多孔質フィルムの少なくとも一方の面に、微粒子を含む多孔質層を積層させた積層体(10)は、JIS A 5508で規定されるN50の釘(2)を用い、釘(2)の降下速度50μm/分の条件で測定した釘刺し導通試験における、積層体(10)の導通時の試験力と絶縁破壊時の試験力との差(導通時の試験力-絶縁破壊時の試験力)が、5N以上、50N以下である。
