The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a device for transporting tire constituent-member laminates, such device making it possible to save space in a step for molding tire constituent-member laminates; and a method for molding tire constituent-member laminates, such method making it possible to mold in a space-saving manner. This transportation device is provided with a ring-shaped frame in which a plurality of holders able to retain cylindrical tire constituent-member laminates are provided to an inner peripheral side, and is characterized in that a pressing roll, for pressing the tire constituent-member laminates from an outer peripheral surface side of the tire constituent-member laminates, is provided to an inner peripheral side of the frame. In addition, this molding method is characterized by comprising: a formation step for forming cylindrical tire constituent-member laminates on a molding drum; a movement step for moving the molding drum and/or a transportation device so that the molding drum is located on an inner side of a ring-shaped frame of the transportation device; and a stitching step for stitching tire constituent-member laminates with the pressing roll provided to the inner peripheral side of the frame of the transportation device, the pressing roll and holders capable of retaining the tire constituent-member laminates being provided on the inner peripheral side of the frame.

L'objectif de la présente invention concerne : un dispositif de transport de stratifiés d'élément constitutif de pneu, un tel dispositif permettant d'économiser de l'espace dans une étape de moulage de stratifiés d'élément constitutif de pneu ; et un procédé de moulage de stratifiés d'élément constitutif de pneu, ce procédé permettant de mouler de manière peu encombrante. Selon l'invention, ce dispositif de transport est pourvu d'un cadre en forme d'anneau dans lequel une pluralité de supports aptes à retenir des stratifiés cylindriques d'élément constitutif de pneu sont situés sur un côté périphérique intérieur et est caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau de pression, pour presser les stratifiés d'élément constitutif de pneu à partir d'un côté de surface périphérique externe des stratifiés d'élément constitutif de pneu, se trouve sur un côté périphérique interne du cadre. En outre, ce procédé de moulage est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape de formation pour former des stratifiés cylindriques d'élément constitutif de pneu sur un tambour de moulage ; une étape de déplacement pour déplacer le tambour de moulage et/ou un dispositif de transport de sorte que le tambour de moulage est situé sur un côté interne d'un cadre en forme d'anneau du dispositif de transport ; et une étape de couture pour coudre des stratifiés d'élément constitutif de pneu à l'aide du rouleau de pression situé sur le côté périphérique interne du cadre du dispositif de transport, le rouleau de pression et les supports pouvant retenir les stratifiés d'élément constitutif de pneu étant situés sur le côté périphérique interne du cadre.

本発明は、タイヤ構成部材積層体の成型工程において、省スペース化することが可能なタイヤ構成部材積層体の搬送装置および省スペース化して成型を行うことができるタイヤ構成部材積層体の成型方法を提供することを目的とする。 本発明の搬送装置は、筒状のタイヤ構成部材積層体を把持可能な複数のホルダーを内周側に設けたリング状のフレームを備える搬送装置であって、タイヤ構成部材積層体の外周面側からタイヤ構成部材積層体を押圧する押圧ロールを、フレームの内周側に設けたことを特徴とする。さらに、本発明の成型方法は、成型ドラム上に筒状のタイヤ構成部材積層体を形成させる形成工程と、搬送装置が有するリング状のフレームの内側に、成型ドラムが位置するように、成型ドラムおよび/または搬送装置を移動させる移動工程と、タイヤ構成部材積層体を、搬送装置のフレームの内周側に設けられた押圧ロールでステッチングするステッチング工程とを備え、フレームの内周側に、押圧ロールとタイヤ構成部材積層体を把持可能なホルダーとが設けられたことを特徴とする。
