Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for joining two material layers (10, 20) by means of high-frequency welding. In said method, the two material layers (10, 20) are placed on top of each other to form a material arrangement such that the end-face ends (11, 21) thereof have a pre-determined lateral distance (30) to one another. The material arrangement is introduced into a joining device (40) such that the region of the end-face ends (11, 21) of the arrangement comes to rest between a first welding electrode (41) and a second welding electrode (42) of the joining device (40). The end-face end (11) of the first material layer (10) comes to rest between the respective opposite front surfaces (43, 44) of the first and second welding electrode (41, 42). The end-face end (21) of the second material layer (20) comes to rest outside of the respective opposite front surfaces (43, 44) of the first and second welding electrode (41, 42). The joining process is then carried out, as a result of which a stepped profile of the connection of the material layers (10, 20) is obtained in cross-section.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de jonction de deux couches de matériau (10, 20) par soudage à haute fréquence. Les deux couches de matériau (10, 20) sont superposées pour former un ensemble de matériaux de sorte que les extrémités frontales (11, 21) de l’ensemble présentent un espacement latéral prédéterminé (30) entre elles. L'ensemble de matériaux est introduit dans un dispositif de jonction (40) de façon à se trouver, au niveau des extrémités frontales (11, 21), entre une première électrode de soudage (41) et une seconde électrode de soudage (42) du dispositif de jonction (40). L'extrémité frontale (11) de la première couche de matériau (10) se trouve entre des faces frontales (43, 44) opposées respectives des première et seconde électrodes de soudage (41, 42). L'extrémité frontale (21) de la seconde couche de matériau (20) se trouve à l'extérieur des faces frontales (43, 44) respectives opposées des première et seconde électrodes de soudage (41, 42). Puis, on réalise l'opération de jonction de façon à obtenir en section transversale une formation étagée de la liaison des couches de matériau (10, 20).
(DE) Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zum Fügen zweier Materiallagen (10, 20) mittels Hochfrequenzschweißung. Die zwei Materiallagen (10, 20) werden bei diesem derart zu einer Materialanordnung übereinander gelegt, dass deren stirnseitige Enden (11, 21) einen vorgegebenen lateralen Abstand (30) zueinander aufweisen. Die Materialanordnung wird derart in eine Fügevorrichtung (40) eingebracht, dass diese im Bereich der stirnseitigen Enden (11, 21) zwischen einer ersten Schweißelektrode (41) und einer zweiten Schweißelektrode (42) der Fügevorrichtung (40) zum Liegen kommen. Das stirnseitige Ende (11) der ersten Materiallage (10) kommt zwischen jeweiligen, gegenüberliegenden Stirnflächen (43, 44) der ersten und zweiten Schweißelektrode (41, 42) zum Liegen. Das stirnseitige Ende (21) der zweiten Materiallage (20) kommt außerhalb der jeweiligen, gegenüberliegenden Stirnflächen (43, 44) der ersten und zweiten Schweißelektrode (41, 42) zum Liegen. Anschließend wird der Fügevorgang durchgeführt, wodurch im Querschnitt ein gestufter Verlauf der Verbindung der Materiallagen (10, 20) erhalten wird.
