Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device for improving a vacuum in the housing of a machine, in particular a centrifugal-mass energy store, comprising a rotor, for example a shaft (4) having a centrifugal mass (3) arranged thereon, which rotor is supported on at least one superconducting bearing (5) in a contactless manner and is arranged in a vacuum container (2). In order to maintain the operating state of the superconducting bearing, the superconducting bearing (5) is thermally connected to a cold source (8) cooled by a cryogenic medium. According to the invention, the vacuum in the vacuum container (2) is improved by means of an adsorber (20) thermally connected to a cooling apparatus. The cooling of the adsorber (20) occurs preferably by means of evaporated cooling medium from the superconducting bearing (5).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif destiné à améliorer le vide dans le boîtier d'une machine, en particulier un accumulateur d’énergie à masse d'inertie, lequel dispositif comprend un rotor, par exemple un arbre (4) sur lequel est disposé une masse d'inertie (3), qui est monté sans contact sur un ou plusieurs paliers supraconducteurs (5) et qui est disposé dans un récipient sous vide (2) ; le palier supraconducteur (5) est relié thermiquement à une source de refroidissement, refroidie par un milieu cryogénique (8), pour maintenir son état de fonctionnement. Selon l'invention, il est prévu d’améliorer le vide dans le récipient sous vide (2) par le biais d’un adsorbeur relié thermiquement à un dispositif de refroidissement (20). Le refroidissement de l'adsorbeur (20) est réalisé de préférence avec le réfrigérant vaporisé provenant du palier supraconducteur (5).
(DE) Eine Vorrichtung zum Verbessern eines Vakuums im Gehäuse einer Maschine, insbesondere ein Schwungmassen-Energispeicher, umfasst einen an wenigstens einem supraleitenden Lager (5) berührungslos gelagerten Rotor, beispielsweise eine Welle (4) mit daran angeordneter Schwungmasse (3), der in einem Vakuumbehälter (2) angeordnet ist, wobei das supraleitende Lager (5) zur Aufrechterhaltung seines Betriebszustandes mit einer von einem kryogenen Medium gekühlten Kältequelle (8) thermisch verbunden ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass das Vakuum im Vakuumbehälter (2) durch einen mit einer Kühleinrichtung thermisch verbundenen Adsorber (20) verbessert wird. Die Kühlung des Adsorbers (20) erfolgt dabei bevorzugt mit verdampftem Kühlmedium aus dem supraleitenden Lager (5).
